Mr. Benenati focuses his practice in protecting consumer's rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and debt relief under the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Code. He represents a broad range of clients in consumer law matters which include lawsuits involving Debt Collection Harassment, Credit Reporting Errors, Identity Theft, Bankruptcy, Debt Negotiation & Debt Settlement, Debt Collection Lawsuit Defense, and Foreclosure Defense.

After receiving the coveted USA Today All-Florida Academic Team Full-Tuition Scholarship, Mr. Benenati graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University's esteemed Honors College. He went on to attend St. Thomas University School of Law on a scholarship for academic achievement and was awarded the Most Outstanding Student in the fields of Contract Law and Advanced Legal Research and Writing. Mr. Benenati earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. After passing the Florida Bar Exam on his first attempt, he has dedicated his practice to protecting the rights of consumers in Florida.
